Strong leadership

Strong partnerships. Strong communities.

The Pennsylvania Career Fire Chiefs Association is proud to wrap up the 2026 Pennsylvania Municipal League Leadership Summit in Hershey with an important discussion focused on municipal fire-based EMS.

Our communities rely on strong partnerships, informed leadership, and sustainable emergency services. Conversations like these bring municipal leaders and fire service professionals together to address the challenges and opportunities facing fire and EMS today and into the future.

Thank you to the Pennsylvania Municipal League and all those who participated in this important conversation. Together, we continue working to strengthen the services our communities count on every day.
