The Pennsylvania Credentialed Chief Officer (PACO) and Pennsylvania Credentialed Fire Officer (PAFO) Peer Mentor Advisory Board was established to provide guidance, assistance, and support to chief officers and fire officers as they progress through the Pennsylvania Fire Service Credentialing Program.

The peer mentors serving on the Advisory Board are recognized subject matter experts and respected fire service leaders from across Pennsylvania. Working collaboratively, they are committed to expanding the network of credentialed chief officers and fire officers throughout the Commonwealth.

Their mission is to strengthen the fire service by mentoring current and future leaders, fostering professional growth, enhancing knowledge and experience, and encouraging the sharing of best practices to ensure a strong and capable fire service for years to come.
