Kingston/Forty Fort Fire Chief Frank Guido retired after 46 years of Service to his community

Presenting Chief Guido his retirement award on behalf of the PCFCA and President Tom O’Donnell were Wilkes-Barre City Fire Chief Jay Delaney and Hanover Township Fire Chief Joe Temarantz.
