Chief Thomas O’Donnell, President of the Pennsylvania Career Fire Chiefs Association (PACFCA), is pleased to announce the official committee assignments for the 2026–2027 term. These appointments reflect the association’s continued commitment to advancing professional fire service leadership across the Commonwealth.

The newly appointed committees will provide vital leadership, guidance, and strategic direction to support PACFCA’s mission of strengthening Pennsylvania’s career fire service through collaboration, education, and advocacy.

“Our committees are the backbone of this organization,” said Chief O’Donnell. “Each member brings valuable experience and insight that will help us address the evolving needs of our fire service leaders and the communities they serve.”

PCFCA’s committees are tasked with a range of responsibilities, including legislative advocacy, training and education development, health and safety initiatives, and statewide operational best practices. Their work plays a critical role in shaping policies and programs that support career fire departments throughout Pennsylvania.

A full list of committee assignments will be shared with members and available on the PACFCA website in the coming days.

PACFCA encourages all members to stay engaged and take advantage of the association’s resources and networking opportunities as the new term begins.
